Faculty & Staff Training

• Training schedules will be provided on a monthly basis to support faculty and staff.

  These sessions are designed to enhance technical proficiency, online course design, and instructional strategies in GeorgiaVIEW and distance education. 

  Training schedules will feature Conversations with the Director of Distance Learning, offering a chance to engage with the Director, discuss needs, and gain insights into upcoming initiatives, resources, and best practices.

Great courses aren't created overnight. They are refined through reflection, feedback, innovation, and continuous improvement. The Refinery provides faculty with a dedicated space to work with the instructional design team on GeorgiaVIEW, accessibility, instructional technology, course design, student engagement, and other teaching needs. Bring your questions, ideas, or works-in-progress. We'll help you strengthen your courses and the learning experience for your students.
