Our academic advisors are seasoned professionals with extensive knowledge in various academic disciplines and a deep understanding of online education dynamics. They are dedicated to helping you navigate your academic path, offering support in course selection, understanding program requirements, and planning for your career.
How to Connect with an Advisor
STEP 1: Follow this link to the EAB Student Success site and sign in.
STEP 2: On the right had side of the page under Quick Links, click on Schedule an Appointment.
STEP 3: Select the following to schedule an appointment with our online student success team:

- Care unit (Advising)
- Location (Academic Advising)
- Service (Registration or General Advising)
- Meeting type (Phone Conference or Virtual).
STEP 4: On the right-hand side of the page, a list of advisors will appear. Click on your advisor, pick a date from the calendar on the left side.
STEP 5: Choose a time to meet, which is the amount of time needed for the appointment
(60 minutes).
STEP 6: Click a time on the schedule and then save the appointment.
STEP 7: Make sure to Save the appointment before leaving the site.
